Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not been shipped or production has not started. Customized furniture orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing begins.

3. Do you offer customized furniture?

Yes, Elephanta Exports offers customized furniture options for selected products. You can contact our support team for size, finish, or design customization requests.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email or SMS. You can use that tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping & Returns:

1. What are your shipping timelines?

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Customized or made-to-order furniture may take 10–20 business days depending on the design and finishing requirements.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on selected products. Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location and product size.

3. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your furniture or decor item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear images of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

4. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging. Customized furniture and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
